CAMA has flexible and budget-friendly pricing plans based on the size of your staff and other required factors. Please refer to our Starter and Booster plans outlined under the Pricing Plans for more detailed information on the pricing structure and additional features.

An “Active Staff” refers to any enrolled staff who, during a given subscription period, submitted a timesheet for a shift assigned to his/her profile.

Staff profiles which do not complete any shift, whill not be counted as "Active Staff" and hence will not be counted for charge during the billing cycle.

“After quota” refers to the additional charges that apply when you exceed the initially allocated limits for certain features within the plans. Here's a breakdown:

  • Manager Account (£1 each after quota): this includes one manager account at no extra cost. If you require more than one, each additional manager account will be billed at £1.
  • 5 Groups (£0.5 each after quota): Initially, you can create up to five groups without additional charges. If you need more than five groups, each extra group will incur a cost of £0.5.
  • 7 Group Members (£0.2 each after quota): This allows for up to seven group members without additional charges. If you exceed this limit, each extra group member will be billed at £0.2.
