The web app is owned by Gazelle Web-Tech, trading as Gazelle Web-Tech, and is registered in England and Wales under company registration number 13071762. Under UK law and regulations, organisations are not permitted to send unsolicited communications where these would be classified as marketing and could constitute spam or junk mail. Spam or junk refers to any commercial email sent without the recipient’s permission. Commercial email is defined as any electronic mail message whose primary purpose is to advertise or promote a product or service. C.A.M.A will terminate any and all relationships with any entity producing illegal Spam, and will cooperate with law enforcement to see to it that illegal spammers are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
2. Use of the web app
C.A.M.A is committed to providing services that are compliant with UK data protection legislation and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) 2003. Your use of our Platform is governed by our Terms and Conditions which incorporates this Anti-Spam Policy and you must agree to the terms within this policy when using the web app, whether as a registered user or in any other capacity. Users of the Camapp.org.uk are only permitted to use the Platform for lawful purposes and must, as a condition with continued relationship with C.A.M.A:
- Read and familiarize yourself with this Policy and follow it in its entirety.
- Refute from engaging in any bulk email promotions to disseminate their profiles or any other information about Camapp.org.uk, regardless of how the recipient email addresses are acquired, generated or obtained.
- Refute from sending information about us to a recipient who does not know you, in some capacity.
- Refute from posting an “off topic” and unlisted ad somewhere that has our company information in it.
3. Reporting spam
We do not actively monitor use of our website and you are therefore responsible for ensuring that all communications you send using our services do not constitute spam. If you are aware of an organisation using our Platform for unlawful marketing communications or violating our Terms and Conditions, you should report the matter to us by email to privacy@gazelleweb-tech.com
4. Breach of this policy
Any violation of this strict Anti-Spam Policy will be grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of all your existing subscriptions for agencies or bookings for staffs. We may take any actions we deem appropriate including deleting or editing any of your content, suspending your access to the web app, prohibiting you from accessing the web app, blocking devices using your IP address from accessing the web app, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the web app and/or bringing court proceedings against you. We reserve the right to audit and investigate compliance with the Anti-Spam Policy at any time, with or without notice.
5. Indemnification
All affiliates, agents, employees or other promoters using any form of electronic commercial mail promotion in violation of this policy agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, charges, counts, debts, suits or other allegations arising from violations of the Act, or other applicable laws regulating transmission of commercial email. Gazelle Web-Tech shall provide immediate notice of any and all such claims, however Gazelle Web-Tech shall select its own attorneys to defend such claims, at the sole and exclusive expense of the affiliate, agent, employee or promoter responsible for the alleged violation.
6. Changes to this policy
We may revise this Policy from time to time. Revised terms will apply to the use of our web app from the date of the publication of the revised terms being available on our web app. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
